If you are ordering a Cherished Voices gift package that is offered directly through our site you will be provided with an "add to cart" button, which takes you through our secure on-line order process. Ordering online ensures the most accuracy and efficiency in processing your order. If you are uncomfortable with ordering on-line, please feel free to call us toll-free at 1.888.9.UCHERISH during normal business hours and we would be happy to take your order over the phone. An order made through our shopping cart will provide you with an order confirmation. If you place your order over the phone, an order confirmation will be emailed shortly after placing your order showing your total and shipping address.

*Please note: We have found that sometimes our sales receipts will go to spam folders especially if a business email was provided to us so please check your spam folder. Call us if you do not receive a receipt or need it faxed.

GIFT WRAP OPTION
If you select the FULL SERVICE SHIP option, you can also select to have us gift wrap for you. Cherished Voices gift packages come in a padded envelope or box. The gift package is tied crisscross with special satin ribbons (brown and blue for boys and brown and pink for girls.) We also offer gift-wrapping as an added option for FULL SERVICE SHIP purchases. Our gift-wrap packaging consists of adorable, wrapping paper, tissue paper and curly ribbons. Indicate in the drop down box provided in your shopping cart, if you would like your gift sent to the child wrapped.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled prior to recording your voice. If you have already recorded your voice, we can not cancel your order as we will have already committed toward processing the personalized order. If for some reason your gift package is damaged or there are any problems, we want you to be 100% happy so we will take returns to our offices within 20 days of the order date for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To return item(s) within the 20 day period, send a copy of the gift purchase - on this receipt write your reason for return and anything you wish to let us know. Send the item and the receipt copy to us at:

We are not responsible for lost items so please insure your package if you have any concerns. Postage must be pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.

ORDER PROCESSING AND TIME INFORMATION
We will process your order a.s.a.p. Please remember that the book will ship to you so you can read and record it as soon as possible. We are immediately notified when your recording is complete and will create your personalized CD immediately and ship it to you for you to include in the personalized jewel case in your gift package. In order to cross check each CD and recording, at the beginning of your recording leave your name, address, phone and the 4 digit code located in the upper right corner of your pin code sheet.

If you choose the FULL SERVICE SHIP option, we will ship your selected book and instructions. After your recording we will send the child's Book/CD gift package directly to your special child.

SHIPPING COSTS AND INFORMATION
We ship using your choice of mailing methods. If you have a specific date you need your gift by, be sure to record your voice as soon as you receive the gift package so that we can customize and ship your CD to you as quickly as possible. Please select Express Mail (Fed Ex or USPS) for fastest shipping or if you need a signature for receipt of package.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
FedEx and USPS both offer overnight shipping. Please check to make sure both will deliver to your area next day. They have let us know that some very rural areas can take a day longer.
